Challenges

Roughly a quarter of jewelry sales now happen online, up from under fifteen percent five years ago, and more than sixty percent of those purchases happen on a phone. A phone screen is a hostile place to sell a five thousand dollar object using four flat photographs and a paragraph of romance.

Most luxury jewelry sites answer this with more atmosphere. Bigger imagery, slower transitions, more scroll. It looks expensive and it does not help a customer decide, because the thing they need is not mood. It is the object, examined.

Solutions

We build storefronts where the product is the interface. Real time 3D on the product page, configurators wired to live inventory and pricing, and viewers a customer can turn, zoom and inspect the way they would in your store.

The engineering constraint is speed. A 3D storefront that takes eight seconds on mobile data is worse than a good photograph, so performance is designed in rather than optimized afterward.

Abstract monochrome perspective mesh plane render

Real time 3D on the product page One model, materials and camera computed live in the browser, from any angle the customer chooses. Two thirds of shoppers say interactive 3D increases their confidence in buying, and confidence is the constraint in fine jewelry.

Abstract monochrome node and edge network render

Connected to what you actually hold A storefront that shows availability your team does not believe is worse than no availability at all. We wire the front end to real inventory, real pricing and real lead times, so what a customer is told at checkout is what your factory can deliver.

Abstract monochrome contour line field render

Built for the phone first Sixty percent of the traffic and usually the last thing tested. Asset budgets, progressive loading and a 3D pipeline tuned for mobile GPUs, because the version that matters is the one that renders on a mid range Android on a weak connection.

Abstract monochrome render of concentric rings

The same assets, everywhere Product page, configurator, in store tablet, social video, wholesale catalog. One pipeline feeding all of them means a catalog change happens once rather than five times, and everything stays consistent by construction rather than by discipline.

Results

Visitors spend longer with the product, ask fewer questions before buying, and reach checkout having genuinely seen what they are getting.
