What We Collect and Why
Information you give us. Your name, company, business email and the project details you enter into our enquiry form.
Information collected automatically. Pages you view, links you click, how you move between pages, the site that referred you, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type.
Session recordings. Where you have consented, we record how you interact with our pages, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where the experience works and where it does not. These recordings capture behaviour, not identity. We do not record what you type into form fields, and personal data entry is masked.
Business identification. We may match the IP address of a visit against public company records to identify the organisation a visitor belongs to. This tells us which company has shown interest, not which individual.
To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, deliver work you have commissioned, understand how this site is used, and improve it. Where we identify a visiting company, we may use that to follow up on genuine business interest. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Our legal basis is your consent for analytics, session recording and non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business for everything else. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who Sees It and How Long We Keep It
Our own team, and the service providers that run our website, email, analytics and project tooling. Where those providers sit outside your country, we rely on standard contractual protections for the transfer.
Enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact. Analytics data and session recordings for up to 12 months. Client project data for as long as the engagement runs, and afterwards for as long as our records and tax obligations require.
Your Rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@amgdynamics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Client Names and Logos
Brands shown on this site have worked with AMG Dynamics directly or through our partners and suppliers. By engaging our services, whether directly or indirectly, a brand grants AMG Dynamics the right to display its name and logo as a client in our marketing materials. To request removal, write to admin@amgdynamics.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make this site work, and to understand how it is used.
